3 Step Easy Setup
Get Your Agent Number: When you sign up, we provide you with a dedicated phone number for each AI Agent. This number is where your calls will be forwarded.
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding: Using your current phone provider’s service, we’ll set up a simple rule. This rule tells your phone to automatically forward any call to your AI Agent's number under specific conditions, such as:
Your line is busy.
You don’t answer after a set number of rings.
Your phone is turned off or out of service.
Confirm and Go Live: Once you’ve set up the forwarding rule, give your business number a test call. You’ll see it ring on your end, and if you don’t answer, the call will be seamlessly transferred to your new AI Agent. It's that simple!
